Rocon Contractors regularly carry out highways and highways infrastructure projects for County Councils & local authorities, always to a high standard.
This is supported by our ‘ever-present’ Green Zone key performance indicator (KPI) status on Hampshire County Council’s Gen 5-1 framework (formerly Gen 4-1, 3-1, SE7 & IWF Frameworks), a position we have occupied since its inception in 2007.
Our position on Hampshire County Council's Gen 5-1 framework will operate until 2028, when we hope it will be renewed to it's 6th Generation.
This is one of several long-term frameworks to which we have successfully supplied services for many years. We have been able to repeatedly obtain continuation onto new frameworks due to our performance in the previous versions.
Highway works make up the majority of our business. These can range from new cycle and footway schemes to infrastructure preparatory works, puffin crossings, carriageway alterations and re-surfacing or even domestic vehicular crossovers.
We have the accreditations and insurances to work on all highway projects (except for motorways & major A roads, which are managed by Highways England).
