We've undertaken many successful large town centre hard-landscaping enhancement schemes, in such places as Winchester, Romsey, Waterlooville, Andover and Basingstoke. In several of these locations we have carried out subsequent phases of works further down the line, in part due to the quality of our work on the previous phase.
We have also successfully contributed to much larger developments such as the West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton and The Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading.
Rocon has carried out many projects of this nature for various commercial clients - these have recently included a large office refurbishment for Avaya PLC at Cathedral Square in Guildford, a complete refurbishment of the main town centre car park in Fordingbridge, creation of over 150 new parking spaces (including electrical charging points) for the NHS call handling centre in Otterbourne and paving of the valet parking area for a prestigious golf club in Surrey.
Many of our projects are challenging due to the volume of stakeholders involved. The protection and management of the public and those affected by our projects will always remain a priority.
