Case Studies - Bridges & Structures |
In association mainly with Hampshire
County Council over the last 20 years, Rocon have been
involved in numerous bridges projects, primarily in
refurbishing existing bridges, but also in constructing
new bridges too.

Such projects include spandrel strengthening
to Heckfield Bridge near Riseley, abutment and parapet
refurbishment to Gordleton Mill Bridge in the New Forest,
soffit protection to Kingsworthy Bridge near Winchester,
complete bridge re-construction to Broadford Bridge
- Stratfield Saye, Chapmansford Bridge near Whitchurch,
Brockenhurst Bridge deck and edge strenghtening, Redbridge
flyover edge widening for footpath services and Littleton
Bridge strengthening near Thruxton, Andover. |
| A variety of works has
been carried out at the above and other schemes including
parapet coping stones, bronze pattress plates, brick
repointing, joint renewal, string course replacements,
new tie rods, waterproofing, stainless steel dowels,
expansion joints, spandrel wall construction and concrete
saddle replacements. |
